What ApplyWell is

ApplyWell Careers provides career planning and CV support for UK frontline workers, with a starting focus on warehouse and logistics progression. Retail, care and other career routes remain available through the full database.

We combine practical human support with tools such as our free ATS Readiness Checker and growing job-title intelligence database. The aim is not to replace judgement with a score. It is to give job seekers clearer information about the quality and relevance of their application before they send it.

Why we built it

A lot of career advice is either too vague to act on or too confident about things no public tool can genuinely know. No independent CV checker can reproduce every employer’s ATS, and no CV writer can honestly guarantee an interview.

ApplyWell takes a different approach: make the assessment transparent, show the areas that can be improved, compare the CV with the type of role the customer wants and then offer human support when a full rewrite or tailored application is useful.
