Refunds & cancellations

This policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled for ApplyWell Careers services. It does not reduce any statutory consumer rights.

Your 14-day cancellation period

If you are a consumer purchasing a service online, you will normally have 14 days from the day the contract is made to cancel without giving a reason, subject to the rules that apply when you ask a service to begin during that period.

If you want us to start straight away

At checkout we ask you to choose when you want work to begin. If you expressly ask ApplyWell Careers to start before the 14-day cancellation period ends, and then cancel after work has begun, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the service already supplied up to the point you cancel.

If the service is fully performed during the cancellation period after your express request to start early and your acknowledgement that the cancellation right can be lost once the service is fully performed, your statutory right to cancel may end at that point.

If you choose to wait

If you choose not to start during the cancellation period, we will not intentionally begin the paid service until that period has ended, unless you later give us an express request to start earlier.

Quality problems

A cancellation right is separate from your rights if the service is not provided with reasonable care and skill or does not match what was agreed. Where UK consumer law applies, you may be entitled to repeat performance or an appropriate price reduction or refund in relevant circumstances.

No-interview outcomes

A lack of interviews or a hiring rejection does not by itself mean the service was defective. ApplyWell Careers does not guarantee recruitment outcomes. This does not affect your rights if the service itself was not provided to the required legal standard.

How to cancel

Email applywellcareers@gmail.com with the subject Cancellation request. Include your name, the email used for your order, the package purchased and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

Refund method

Where a refund is due, it will normally be returned to the original payment method through Stripe within the timescale required by applicable law. Processing time after a refund is issued can also depend on the payment provider or bank.
